Comox Valley 3 Kerry Park 2
Jackson Bostock scored at 9:08 of the third period to complete a comeback from a 2-0 deficit to give the visiting Comox Valley Glacier Kings a 3-2 win over the Kerry Park Islanders at Kerry Park Arena in Mill Bay in Saturday night VIJHL play.
Second star Alexandre Alhaj and Preston Muxlow had the other goals for Comox Valley, which trailed 2-0 after the first before scrambling back for a 2-2 tie after two periods. Aaron Pichette made 32 saves for the win.
First star Carson Brown with a rocket wrist shot and Jacob Morrison scored the Kerry Park markers, and Nate Grinevitch added an assist and was named the game’s third star. Ethan Barron made 33 stops in the Kerry Park Net.

Campbell River 2 Peninsula 3 (OT)
Ethan Lingard was named first star as he scored his fourth goal of the year at 1:03 of overtime to give the hometown Peninsula Panthers a 3-2 win over the Campbell River Storm.
Peninsula led 1-0 and 2-1 by periods and their other goals came from Brendan Williams and Malcolm Fletcher, with second star, netminder Merik Grinaker making 31 saves in the Panthers net.
Dominic Grieco and Jan-Felix Faupel were the Campbell River marksmen, and Kaeden Serpa blocked 42 shots in the Storm goal and was named third star of the contest.
