The VIJHL has announced its Rookies of the Month for September in the 2025-26 season.
- Madden Cruickshank of the Nanaimo Buccaneers was Rookie Forward of the Month with three goals, seven assists and 10 points.
- Ethan Ungar of the Port Alberni Bombers was Rookie Defenseman of the Month with two goals, six assists and eight points.
- Caden Lentz of the Peninsula Panthers was Rookie Goaltender of the Month with two wins and no defeats, a 1.50 goals against average and a .923 save percentage.
